Who we work with
- Global technology companies opening or scaling a UK presence
- High-growth SaaS, fintech and AI brands preparing for their next funding round, product launch or IPO
- Enterprise B2B technology brands managing complex, multi-stakeholder narratives
- Founders and C-suite leaders who need to become credible, visible voices in their category
Typical briefs in the UK
- A US or APAC-headquartered tech company launching in the UK for the first time and needing local media relationships from day one
- A Series B/C SaaS or fintech business building a proactive thought leadership programme ahead of its next funding round
- An enterprise technology brand that needs issues and crisis communications support after a security incident or major outage
- A founder or CEO who wants a structured executive visibility programme – bylines, speaking, broadcast – rather than ad hoc opportunities
- A UK subsidiary of a global brand that needs local PR coordinated with, not duplicated against, a global comms team
- A B2B tech brand that wants its PR programme to also support AI visibility and how it’s described in tools like ChatGPT and AI Overviews, not just traditional search and press
Why tech brands choose Archetype in the UK
Deep tech and B2B specialism
We work almost exclusively with technology and B2B brands – including Shopify, Spotify, Coinbase, Asana, Chainalysis, EA and Ai2 – which means less time spent explaining your market and more time spent building the argument for why it matters.
UK presence, global network
- UK-based team with established relationships across national, trade and business media
- Part of a global communications and marketing network spanning APAC, Europe and North America
- Ability to scale a UK programme into a global one without switching agencies
Integrated with brand, content, digital and web
- PR sits alongside brand strategy, content and editorial, digital marketing and web development
- One team, one point of contact, no separate handoffs between disciplines
- Coverage and thought leadership backed by supporting content and landing pages
How we work with your team
- Embedded extension of your marketing or communications function
- A senior consultant as your day-to-day point of contact, not a rotating account team
- Comfortable leading UK PR outright, or working alongside an existing in-house team, regional agency or global lead agency
- Flexible engagement models: full programme, project-based support, or specialist input alongside an existing agency roster
Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with technology brands?
Most of our UK client base is B2B and technology-led – SaaS, fintech, AI, enterprise software and deep tech – but the same approach applies to any ambitious, complex organisation with a story that needs senior-level counsel to tell well. As a B2B tech PR agency, this specialism is the whole reason clients come to us rather than a generalist shop.
Can you support UK-only briefs as well as global or multi-market programmes?
Yes. We run standalone UK programmes and we coordinate UK activity as part of wider global or APAC campaigns, working alongside regional Archetype teams or your existing agency roster where one already exists.
Do you help with content, brand, digital and web as well as PR?
Yes. PR, communications, brand strategy, content and editorial, digital marketing and web development all sit inside the same agency, so a PR programme can draw on those disciplines directly rather than being handed off to a separate supplier.
Can you work alongside our existing agencies or in-house team?
Yes, this is one of our most common engagement models. We’re used to being brought in for tech and B2B specialism specifically, working inside an existing structure rather than replacing it.
How does AI visibility and GEO fit alongside traditional PR?
Increasingly, the coverage, bylines and executive visibility we secure through PR are also what AI assistants and generative search draw on to describe and recommend a brand. We build AI visibility (GEO/AEO) considerations into PR programmes rather than treating it as a separate discipline.
